I absolutely love this location! I’ve been coming here for years and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful, especially the manager. I strongly suggest coming to the Collinsville location and experience the professional care that is Pawn King!
I absolutely love going to this shop. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with everything that is up for sale. I always call there first before I shop for something that I am looking to purchase. My husband and I have been very loyal customers due to the hard work that everyone put in when trying to find something that we may be wanting to purchase, if you don’t already have it in stock. We have gotten to know everyone by name and all I can say is wow! What a great group of employees. The are not there to just sell but to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We stop in from time to time just to see what new and generally put something in layaway or walk out with a new purchase. I cannot say thank you enough to Kate and the others for always taking such good care of us.... we make sure to send new customers as often as possible. Thank you again you guys are the best and there is never a need to go anywhere else!!
