We've been with Paul for years now. I must say things have been so much better since Cherylyn started to work with Paul. She takes care of everything promptly and will always answer any questions I have. She has always been my go to!! Thanks Cherylyn for a job well done!!
I particularly appreciate the emphasis on in-person meeting and conversation to discuss problems. This has become extremely rare in this day of automated, preprogrammed call service response systems and inadequate and unintelligible menus. Even my young college students have begun to complain that no one knows how to communicate with other people face to face in "real time." To me it's a big positive that a business commits the time and resources to dealing in person. People are feeling increasingly alienated because of the inability to make real contact with others, so it is very welcome to find a business, especially an insurance agency, that is going back to an appreciation of humanity and real human experience.
