Absolutely outstanding customer service every single time. They communicate from the time you are due for service or maintenance through the completion of the work. The technician is always professional and respectful of the property. They explain any work that is recommended and provide upfront costs so no surprises. Even during the extremely cold months, they send reminders of what to expect from the type of unit you have. I dealt with several different companies before and Parker’s has by far been the best all around.
I rarely write reviews, but I’ll say God bless the owners Bo and Josh for being such amazing people. I won’t go into details because it will take too long to write but i truly can’t express the gratitude i have for them and their people that work for them. Long story short, we faced a few problems with our heating and over a few weeks and i contacted them and received the best service i could ever imagine from a company. I’ll say this, if you ever need work done by a great team and truly care about their customers, Parker’s is 110% the company to go with.
