Loved the friendly service especially when I'm asking several questions and with a smile & an answer to all.. Matter fact same taste on a few so I had to buy.. Glad I did.. My first time to ever eat at Panera and look forward to my next visit. I wanted to Thank the Lady who took my order.. so I tipped a little Xtra and she was nice and let me know she was the Manager and she would give her staff the tip and thanked me. I know it's policy in some Restaurants but she deserved the tip and so did the cooks .. She went above and beyond so thank you again. I hope they know at Panera how lucky having a honest friendly manager makes the experience even better and worth coming back.
