Dylan and his team are absolutely fantastic! We had him do a 11 month warranty inspection on our townhouse and he was incredibly thorough and helpful. We had questions and concerns that he not only took the time to answer but also explained from a more technical perspective that we could understand (which he clearly has acquired from his extensive history in the housing and construction industry). He was very friendly and professional and we will definitely be using and recommending him in the future. Prices were very fair and his team reached out promptly and helped us schedule at a convenient time. The report portal was very easy to understand + share with the builder.
