I just had a new shingle roof completed, replacing my old wood shake roof. I ended up going with Malarkey Vista shingles. The job took about 5 1/2 days. I will say that all of the Pac West people I dealt with were professional, courteous and responsive from the sales rep, the work crew and the office folks. All great to work with. The materials and workmanship seem great and I heartily recommend using them for your next roof.
Recently, I had an excellent experience with Pacific West Roofing. Bryan developed an estimate of the work that my roof needed and took time to explain every aspect of the project. Once underway, the production team did a wonderful job communicating with me about status. They sent pictures and videos in real-time, allowing me to be involved in decision-making every step of the way. After the project completed Brian, the owner, came by to inspect the site and to repair interior drywall/paint that had shifted during the project. Overall, I would highly recommend Pacific West Roofing. They are knowledgeable, respectful, great communicators, and follow through on their word.
