In Jan 2017 we had a fire destroy our home and for a short time our life but Oregon Mutual covered what we lost and then some. They provided Steve Flabel. The man should have worn a cape with a "c" on his chest standing for "compassion" for he was the pillar of our rocked world. He was not only an adjuster but was a true believer in the system and showed us we were not alone. Can't say enough about Steve and the company he represents. Their team saved my team and for that I am forever grateful. Oregon Mutual Rocks!

I've been with them for 15 plus years. I've had 2 claims. My rv about 8 years ago. It was around $3000. Absolutely no problem. The other was recently. Not there responsibility but they helped me work with Allstate.

After our accident on 08/31/17 me and my husband were lost, in pain, and pretty much shocked. The Oregon Mutual was the best in helping us getting through it all, we were all set in just a couple of weeks, and now have a new truck. Will not be switching anytime soon!! Thank you Oregon Mutual!!

Love this company! I received 2 quotes to repair my roof and one was considerably more expensive but they didn't even hesitate. The adjuster was convinced that it would be the best resolution for my damage.

These are the worst people I have ever came into contact with. Their insured ran a red light and totalled my 17 year old son's car and we have been waiting for over a month for our sons car to be replaced no rental or anything. Update: 5/18/15. I am happy to report, I heard back from my adjuster, she was out ill for a few weeks so she missed all the attempted communications. We worked out the details and they sent me a check for the amount minus the depreciation pending completion, and then fully reimburse! All is good.

Oregon Mutual is a terrible company to deal with. About 4 months ago I was T-boned by one of their drivers. I had to fight to get a rental car from them. My car was totaled, they bought it from me & left it sitting in my driveway for 3 weeks. I am now trying to settle my pain & suffering & they are fighting me every step of the way.
