Oregon Mutual handled our loss quickly and efficiently despite the other party not having information on their insurance carrier or policy. I was very pleased with the help I received and have recommended Oregon Mutual to friends with no complaints.
I think so far they are great. I can always get someone on the phone without going through 8 phone menu selections, and get help with questions right away. Their rates are also amazing - we saved a ton going through them. I'll update if I ever have a claim with them.
Paid premiums on auto and home owners insurance for over 20 years with no claims.... what does being a loyal customer get you.... NOTHING!! Terrible experience with Marcus and his supervisor, Marc. They are rude and completely useless. They never get back to me, and when they do they never seem to have answers. I will be switching my insurance as soon as possible. Stay away from this company!!!

Horrible company. We had insurance on 2 rental properties for 8 years, always paid on time and never filed a claim. They decided not to renew and never informed us, they told one mortgage holder who informed us. Now we have to scramble to find new insurance.
