Orangetheory Fitness

I love this place! All the coaches and staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and motivating. The studio manager is fantastic. You can tell she implements a very positive and caring environment. The workouts are challenging, but options are given if something is a little too hard. I've been going for 4 months now, and I don't think I've ever had the same routine twice. It's always fun, and the hour class flies by. It's amazing how the coaches can teach a whole room and still give individual attention on the weight floor to make sure you're doing the workout properly. The wristband is a great motivator through class as well, showing how many calories you've burned and your heart beat in real time so you can push yourself to the limit. I highly recommend Orange Theory of Murfreesboro!

Was traveling through Murfreesboro w my family to Hilton head and loved this studio so much! Took classes with William and Elias. Both were great and the manager at the front in the mornings was top notch. Loved my experience here. Thank you for welcoming me!
