Pleasantly surprised by the big, new, bright location in McKinney that was jam packed with all the cool stuff. I stopped by for a tool to release the chain brake on my saw but it is not a tool they stock (understandable). I asked the service dept if they had one and they took time out of their VERY busy day and solved my issue on the spot. So glad you're in McKinney and have an awesome staff!
