She is a pleasure to talk to, a go getter and you can tell she truly loves her job! She worked continuously with me on getting letters I needed for my child. With that said… Dr. West - couldn’t ask for someone better; I literally trust her with some of my greatest treasures Staff - no issues, quick to respond At the end of the day, doctors offices have to see patients. There are a lot of us. They do what they can. Cut them slack. If they don’t call you back, call them, pop up on them. If you get push back, find out why. Then make your decision on who they are as a business. Separate the provider from the business. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING
