Susan at the desk is wonderful and makes appointments which follow the patients’ needs. I feel I shouldn’t need to say the last, but I’ve had some really bad experiences recently. Anyway, she’s nice too.
The tech person seems extremely component, but has yet to speak more than a sentence to me.
And then, there’s Dr. Buksh. He’s calm and confident, listens to patients, and keeps
situation where he is relaxed. He talks a lot, but most of that time, he’s providing patients the opportunity to open up about what they are feeling. It’s his bedside manner which brings me back.
Dr Buksh was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my issues and thoroughly diagnosed my condition. He didn’t jump to easy common conditions, and instead considered all possible and plausible causes. He explained what he diagnosed and why and walked me through each step of the exam and treatment. He and his staff were very friendly, and he immediately was able to treat and relieve my pain, where so many other physicians and alternative professionals had been unable to do so. I will continue to use him for my foot, ankle and nerve relief and recovery. I highly recommend him.
