Austin helped me so much when my tire exploded on a pothole at the laundromat!! He came and picked me up in only 30 minutes. He prevailed through computer issues and called me to make sure everything was correct. During the drive he was very nice and respectful. He clearly knows what he is doing and this company is awesome. And it was only $100 so that was cool. They do a $5 discount if you pay in cash as well.
This company is what America is all about! I do not exaggerate, this is one of the best service experiences I have ever had in my 29 years of life. Itu2019s incredible that a towing company, which many are know to be unpleasant to deal with, can deliver such level of service. The owner, Romeo, genuinely sounded concerned and sympathetic at my situation with my car. The man recommended the best place to get my car fixed and told me that his driver was already on his way. The price was incredibly fair compared to the competition. After, Austin gave me a call letting me know that he would be at my location in 18 minutes which was reasonable considering it was rush hour. This guy was super friendly in a nice neighborly way and was just a great human being. Iu2019m from Miami so Iu2019m definitely not used to this level of service and for a company to actually care about their customers. Highly recommended and I donu2019t say this a lot but these are truly genuine great people. God bless this company and this is what America is all about.
