I first started the new vibe training with the foundations class. After that it literally started transforming my life. I loved the training and the new vibe staff so much I went on to become a certified professional coach. The Foundations class changed me to be a better listener. Those skills has immensely improved my quality of life. Carl is an amazing Instructor. I look and think about life differently and things I used to be anxious over have diminished. I found a community were I can continue to grow. I highly recommend Carl's books and his other classes. I have read them all. I have learned and transformed so much I could write a book on the experience.
