I have been going to New Life Counseling Services since Dr. D started her business 7 years ago- since I was 14 years old! I highly recommend her. I always speak to my friends about how amazing her and the other staff is and have even had friends go see her and tell me how amazing she and the rest of the staff/counselors are. I'm always greeted with a smile and have been since the beginning. Even if I move away from the area, they offer online meetings as well so I will definitely keep her as my counselor even if I move! They always go beyond expectations to care for their clients. If you want to feel like a person who is genuinely cared for, I highly recommend New life Counseling. Even as a growing person they have always made me feel welcomed and understood, heard and cared for. You won't be disappointed by choosing any of the members there!

I just spoke with Natasha, the Office Administrator, and she went so far above and beyond to help me get the counseling I desperately need right now. She carefully checked my insurance, and let me know that the date on the paperwork I had been mailed from my insurance company was incorrect, so now I know exactly what I have to do to make sure I choose the correct option! As a VERY recent transplant from California, I have been struggling to find primary care doctors, specialists, and counselors since I arrived in Lexington. She was so sweet, comforting, and accommodating that it made me feel hope for the first time since I’ve been here. I hope to meet more people like her, and New Life is so lucky to have someone like her on their team! Thank you Natasha, our brief conversation had more of an impact in me than you will ever know.
