Mt. Bachelor PM has been a great company to work with. We've been in our rental for almost 2 years. Last night our furnace went out around 9pm and they contacted us first thing in the morning to have a heating and cooling company come out. The furnace won't able to be fuxed until a part comes in so they brought us over some. Space heaters to help out. The property manager Andrew called personally to make sure that we were doing ok and are staying warm enough.
