My experience with Mr. Handyman was fantastic, the office staff was very helpful and explained how their process works, and got me scheduled for my gutter repair. I received a text with Joshua's picture when he was on his way, which made me feel more secure knowing who was showing up to my house, and he showed up in a Mr. Handyman van, so I knew it was the right person. When he arrived he took a look at my problem, and explained to me why it was a little more in depth than I expected. Showing me pictures of the problem I could not see from the ground. He then prepared an estimate, and explained to me the steps of the repair. I accepted the estimate and he was able to get my repair completed the same day. I will definitely be using Mr. Handyman of Murfreesboro and Smyrna again!!!
