Meraki Real Estate

Joanna Chapman proved to be an excellent real estate agent! She was professional, knowledgeable, positive and responsive. She truly looked out for our best interests during the purchase of our home. We highly recommend Joanna as an agent and Meraki as a company!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joanna Chapman, and she ultimately helped me find the perfect home. She was there for me every step of the way, incredibly responsive, and when we sat at the negotiation table she went to bat for me. More importantly Joanna was honest with me and genuinely showed a passion to help me, as her client, to find the right property. She never pushed, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Additionally, she just had a bubbly and lovely personality that is much welcome during the stressful process of purchasing a home. I would highly recommend working with Joanna and Meraki Real Estate.

Professionalism, smarts and a personal touch. My wife and I just finished selling a home through Meraki and Joanna Chapman. We have a rental property business and think of ourselves as smart buyers and sellers. However, Meraki upped our game and made it so easy. Within hours of discussing selling the home, Meraki provided us several spot on comps with lots of details. Joanna helped us all along the way and proved that she was available for us at anytime of the day or night. Joanna smoothed out our anxiety and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. I did not know a realtor could be this good. We are never using anyone else again.
