Mehr, Fairbanks & Peterson handled the appeal for our mother's Genworth long term healthcare policy when Genworth was stonewalling us and acting in bad faith by denying an obviously legitimate claim. Elizabeth Thornsbury took the lead in our case and did a superb job of compiling an appeal that was irrefutable in proving the legitimacy of our mothers claim.
