Disrespectful Matthew Palmer Od

I would give "ZERO" rating IF I could; And I went over YELP rating and there at least 10 people give 1 star to Matthew Palmer. I am wondering WHY Palmer is not yet fired from this Southwest Eye Center ? It makes me believe that this clinic may be really DO NOT care about their Customer Service. I will NEVER trust the MedReview, this place is fabricated. You can not see the true Review. Check using YELP, Google Review. This is my details review / opinion to "Matthew Palmer" AND his staff. Matthew Palmer is just an "OD" at Southwestern Eye Center. He is the most "disrespectful" and "Racist" eye dr in Arizona in my opinion. I brought my father twice to see Matt, he practically doing "nothing" just in and out; He has "NO compassion" with the patient. He simply "DOES NOT care" -- As long as there is money he is fine. I went to Southwestern Eye Center (Miller Rd, Scottsdale). I checked in as usual and we (I and my father) waited for over 1 hr AND then we get inside and a lady check my father eye. AND after exam AND wait for another 45 mins also, you finally see this bald person "Matt Palmer". He came WITHOUT introducing his name. He is a white dude, Almost no hair, and Looks very arrogant. He did not do any exam to my father eye. He just put only one lense on one of my father eye and say -- is this better, "yes" or "no". AND then he go back to his computer typing. AND he is out and see you in one year. I time it that he only spent less than 1 minute with my father. My observation is consistent with other reviews AND I went to the front desk at "check out" and try to get the paper copy for the eye glasses prescription. AND I met with this one "very interesting" person. I am not sure if she/he is a lady or a man; This person has jewelery on the nose. AND this lady/man is extremely "very rude" and "very disrespectful". I am normally a soft spoken person AND do not like to raise my voice. This front desk person (Lady/man) look at me on the eye AND start the conversation with his/her raised up voice -- There is "Past due" billing of about $ 1,200". I have "no clue" about this at first and then she says about co-insurenace and copay. I told him/her, This is certainly not true. I remember that I have spoken with the insurance company back then that is a covered item. And this person (He/She) start "blasted" me that I have to talk to the insurance company ETC. I said this person (He/She), you do not need to raise up the voice. He/she TOLD me that I am being impolite. THEN we both get in argument with this front desk lady/man at exit. AND a lady (seems like supervisor) intervence, AND she said that this bill was in "2018" in Casa Grande, AZ for $ 1,200. This was the surgery done by another Dr. Luis. I recall this surgery and the only portion for the patient was only less than $ 100 and it was paid. So this very disrepectful Lady/man talking about "WRONG" bill n 2018 AND now is 2024. The problem here is he/she is VERY RUDE and TOTALLY Disrespectful. This is very consistent with other people reviews. BAD and Terrible STAFF ! NONE of the STAFF has name tag, so i have NO CLUE about their name. The next day, I get a phone call from Nicole (clinic manager) saying that Dr. Palmer does not want to see my father any more because I was disrespectful. Hey Matt Palmer - EXCUSE ME ? The one that is disrespectful is "YOU, Matt Palmer" and your front desk person (He/She) at check-out. NOW, I see that the comments of the reviewer about YOU (Matt Palmer) -- disrespectful and MALPRACTICE ARE correct ! My reviews about Matt Palmer are very much consistent with others. Matt Palmer, Your service is "no longer needed" for my dad. we do NOT want to be harassed by you or your staff. YOU are FIRED ! Matt Palmer, you were FIRED by my family by the time your Staff (He/She) being disrespectful to me and my father. Were you expecting me or my father to came back to your office after that incident ? ARE you "OUT of YOUR MIND" ? You were 100 % FIRED ! Matt Palmer, you are just "OD", that is the "lowest" rank in the "eye field". You have NO PhD ! There are "thousands" of OD. YOUR Reviews show CLEARLY, who you are AND How you treats the patients. In my opinion, You are NOT qualified in this field in my opinion. You are trashed OD ! Matt Palmer -- "No NEED to be RACIST". This USA is country of "immigrant", you were immigrant before at some point ! You bring "NO VALUE" to my father eye. UNLESS you are Native American and you are NOT, you were immigrant at some point. My suggestions to people: "NEVER ever" waste your time to see this Southwestern Eye Center Clinic at Miller Rd. TOTAL Waste of your money and waste or your time.
