Over the Moon
On 4/12/2018- my home I had built in 2015 in my little 55 and older community, became 100% complete when Don and his staff installed my gorgeous patio retractable awning. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Don helped me, with his expert knowledge, how to write of plans for my HOA approval, choose the perfect sturdy fabric and allowed me time to chose colors. He walked me through how it was going to be installed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. There was never rushing to start the process...easy and professional. The install was clean as a whistle and the electrical install so clean and neat...one would think it ran on magic and not on electricity hook-up. Love my remote and was even given a rod to help out if ever the electricity went out in my neighborhood. The shade I get facing the west on my patio is unbelievable. That side of the home suffered 3 summer heats and now no more. Bring on the sun!!!! It is like having an additional room added to my home. All my neighbors love it!! 5 stars and would of given 10, 20, 30, etc. Thank you to Don, Sergi,Jeremy and Serg.
