Extremely quick service! Technician showed up Friday evening to look it over and we decided to have the unit replaced since it was 26 years old. New unit was ordered first thing Monday and Tuesday morning a crew was already beginning the removal and install and were finished by the time I made it home from work that afternoon! Ms. Ladonna was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to through the whole process!
I do remodels all over the state and having great contractors that I can trust is a must. After calling multiple HVAC companies in the Cabot area I stumbled across Mason Heat & Air. I gave them a call and Ladonna answered on the first ring and was able to get me scheduled for a service call that same day as I was on a tight timeline. After a couple of hours I received a call from Chris and he was able to provide me with several options as to what I could do for our Heat and Air Unit.
