From start to finish, it was GREAT. Started with April who is very friendly, professional and listens to your questions and provides great guidance and insight on all the products we looked at. Kyle, our installer, is always the best to have complete to job. Kyle is very meticulous and makes sure that things are installed right the first time. Overall, very satisfied with our floor. April was amazing to work with on our kitchen remodel! She had the best ideas and didn’t overwhelm me with too many choices. She heard what I was thinking and pulled the exact tiles I could choose from. Her excitement and sincere care and concern for our project was evident from the start of our time working together. Everything was ordered and ready for installation when we were ready for it! Her installer was amazing and paid careful attention to pattern and color shadows that may make the design look differently than planned. He cleaned everything up and was always concerned that we approved and loved our new space! I fully recommend April and her team!
