Not one problem with DR. LOPATIN OR STAFF. Both are considerate and knowledgeable. I've had some medical problems, they helped with referrals when I needed them. Dr. Lopatin is actually real easy to talk to and joke with! Pretty good at getting in.
Dr. Lopatin is a very comprehensive very thorough doctor. He goes in depth into discussions on issues, allows for questions, and takes the time all doctors should take to consult with their patients. His guidance has been spot on for the last 18 years. People in Troy and the surrounding areas don't know how lucky they are to STILL have a hometown, private practice doctor's office in an age and time when nearly ALL doctors are "hospitalized" (meaning they work for a hospital). Dr. Lopatin remains independent, which is a very good thing, because he does not have to be subordinate to a hospital and hospital policies. I can almost always get an appointment quickly, and he maintains lab blood draw dates and times 6 days a week on a walk in basis where they know you, and expedite getting you seen - where else will you find that??
