What a great experience! It was my first time visiting the salon and, honestly, I was a bit nervous before going in because it’s an upscale/luxury salon, but they were all so kind and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had a consultation with Chelsey and she was so thorough and listened intently to what my concerns and overall goals are for my hair. She took the time to explain, in detail, the process and what we would be doing when I came back in for my cut and color. Rayna, the general manager, was so kind and gave a tour of the salon so I’d be familiar with where everything was located and offered a beverage upon my arrival. It was just a consultation but I left excited for my next visit! Definitely recommend. 10/10!
