My dad was at Liberty Village for the Bounce Back program after he was released from the hospital, and stayed there for 11 days. He received PT & OT every single day that he was there. The PT/OT team was incredible. The CNA's and nurses all provided wonderful care, and were extremely kind and helpful. The Activity team checked on him daily to see if he'd like to participate in any of the activities, of which there were many each day. He was very pleased with the food, and enjoyed that he had a choice of alternates each day. Every single person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. They have a great team at Liberty Village, and do a fantastic job with all of their residents. Thank you, Liberty Village!
