I’m not a longtime counseling patient. I delayed seeking out a neutral ear, and caregiver for some issues I was grappling with. My therapist is awesome! We have been working through my past struggles using a combination of EMDR and talk therapy. She is very supportive, able to be flexible about when we meet, and is just as wonderful via telehealth as in person. I recommend this practice and Kirstin Spillman!
