LeAnne Cray, Realtor

LeAnne is smart about real estate, knowledgeable about the McMinnville market and very patient. Our search took many months and she brought us to a successful purchase. We highly recommend her.

LeAnne helped us sell our condo in Salem and find the perfect place closer to work and family. We had some work to do before we could sell, and LeAnne gave us valuable tips and several informational packets about where we could make the most impact with our "reno" budget. It went better than we imagined! The condo quickly sold and at the top range we had anticipated. Trying to please two people, with competing wants, was a difficult task. LeAnne listened to what we wanted and found the middle ground. We have been in our new place for about six months and could not be happier. Thanks LeAnne! You are awesome and if we move again - we will be calling you!

We whole-heartedly recommend LeAnne for folks relocating to the beautiful town of McMinnville. LeAnne brought unique local perspective about Yamhill county and the surrounding area around the City of McMinnville. She provided us with the necessary information so we could get comfortable with our decision to move to the McMinnville area. She guided us every step of the way through the purchase process. We appreciated her advice with regards to going with an independent inspection despite it being a newly built home which turned out to be extremely useful. LeAnne helped make our home buying experience smooth and hassle-free. We are grateful to have worked with LeAnne Cray as our realtor.
