We recently moved to Bend and have worked with a number of rental management companies to find the right long term lease. Working with Erik Castro at Lava Ridge PM was the first time we felt confident to move forward and sign a lease. Erik was patient, professional and so kind! He was so thoroughly communicative throughout the entire process … and accommodating to our busy schedules. We can’t thank him enough!
