Lady's Touch did flooring, painting, and kitchen counters inside, repairs, painting, and construction outside our house across the winter 2020-21. They've done a quality job and saved us a lot of money at the same time. Gloria has communicated clearly and in a timely manner and has shared her deep knowledge and experience in a very collaborative way. She checked in with her crews along the way, and when something was finished, she checked it herself and asked her workers to redo anything that wasn't up to her standards (which didn't happen often). We will continue to call on her for any house-related needs in the future.
