We just purchased a hide-a-bed sofa sleeper from this store. Our sales associate, Cassandra Pavolic, was very helpful and important to our decision. She was helpful in our selection of the mattress and contrasting pillows. She was able to find answers to all our questions and remembered our interaction and conversation from when we first went in to look several days earlier. She handled everything in a timely manner and was always pleasant and accommodating through the whole transaction.
