I used Killian’s in 2021 and the service was first-rate. Killian has amazing ability to connect with customers. After that visit, I thought “Save the number! This guy seemed more like a friend than a serviceman.” The experience had me ecstatic to use them again because I knew it’d be done right and i’d be valued. Unfortunately, buddy didn’t answer the phone all throughout the month of April 2022. I left voicemails and went to the website, but no reply. I referred a buddy from church and a buddy from the Army to Killian’s and they received the same communication: none. Communication is a big part of customer service. I hope the best for this business. Hopefully, their blessed enough to get a receptionist soon. I used someone else who was $10 cheaper.
