The counters that were installed did not have the proper overhang on the edging. When the backsplash was installed, they had to cut the light switch cover. They did not ask if we wanted this and provide alternate options. The pricing is good but it seems as though you get what you pay for.
Love the customer service. Do try to go in their shop during the week since their weekends are insane and it's hard to get help. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is that my little vanity counter for my bathroom took 3 weeks to get when I was told 1-2 weeks.
Never again- Do not recommend My opinion is that I was either flat out lied to on multiple occasions or the office staff does not have any idea what they are talking about. The drive is a bit long but worth the money you save. The hardest part of this whole adventure was choosing what granite I wanted. All of the staff were awesome. nice friendly folks.
