I was nervous with making such a huge decision, and Sue and her staff were awesome with settling our nerves, and allowing us the opportunity to change our minds multiple times. David was very patient and helpful with making the right choice and the great recommedations on the template layout. Am so glad we had such wonderful customer service from the very beginning. Installation went smoothly thanks to Abel and his father.

We had a granite countertop installed in our new bathroom. Great company! They stayed late while we picked out the type we wanted. They were on time for measuring and installation. No mess to clean up when I got home from work. They make it real easy on the home owner. I will be using Keystone Granite when we build our new house. Thanks to all involved!

Kudos to the crew at Keystone for their job on our kitchen countertops. Sue's leadership thru the process was disarming and comforting, and she ensured the crew dispatched for template and install were competent and responsive. Maybe not the flashiest set-up as we strolled thru the sheds to look at product, yet they deferred to us for the final selection of a new Ceaserstone line (wild rice) we wanted. They deliver as promised, and in the process, don't discredit the competition. I like that.

Sue's expertise and ability to accommodate is remarkable. She is on top of all the details and follows through 100%. The installers were amazing!! They were well equipped to do the installation without damaging anything. Quite a feat considering the large size of the counters. We still can't believe they could install with no seams! Thanks to everyone at Keystone for making this such a wonderful experience. We are already referring them to family and friends.

We went with Keystone mainly from the presentation of are first meeting with Sue. She was awesome everything was well explained. She went that extra mile for us.. Once the appointment was made everything was completed on time within 6 days,, There Demo crew was very efficient and knew there jobs well, The installers where as well great and did a beautiful job installing the countertops. Everyone from the office to the crews where on time ,polite ,clean , well mannered and especially respected the home they where working in, We appreciate the great service and great price. Love my counters!

I called and contacted a number of businesses looking for new counters for my kitchen. I had never anticipated the hassle factor involved with this project before. I think you can tell much about how a company will be treating you from the first impression you get from their website and phone contact. From the minute I got a hold of Keystone, they were the most responsive, easy to work with, and actually very affordable. I drew up a quick drawing, sent it by email, and they got me an estimate via email within hours. They scheduled my job within a week when I called, and got the counters installed in less than a week from measuring. I work in my home, and couldn't live without a kitchen for weeks at a time. I truly appreciate Sue's willingness to work with my circumstances. Other companies were giving me install dates weeks or even months out, and talking about almost a month without counters! The measuring crew and the installers were all wonderful. Both crews were very clear, efficient, and cleaned up better than they found it! I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone looking for granite countertops. No surprises, except for the good kind (great service at a great price!)

Great price great service

Did a whole bathroom remodel so had no idea on when eveything would be done. Front office was super helpful trying to get the timing of measurement and install right. We installed ourselves but was given excellent instructions. So happy with the product. Can't wait to do my other bathroom and use Keystone again.

Beautiful finished product, we love it!

Thank you Sue and crew for delivering a spectacular finished product. The matte finished granite looks fantastic in our downstairs kitchen/entertainment area. The installation was challanging but your crew were able to deliver the slab in one piece that goes from our kitchen counter and pass through to our great room.
