Terrible experience. Office is full of young ladies that act as if your home is not important. Very poor customer service. They messed up our backsplash measurements, and when they remade pieces to correct it, the pieces were not polished well, had sharp edges, and chips in it. What a shame. Our kitchen island is an absolute showstopper and Keystone was a fraction of the price of other granite yards. We opted for the chiselled edge on our perimeter and it is gorgeous. We also had Keystone do a second kitchen and it's flawless. That one needed a seam and it is unrecognizable. Love their work!

Be very careful how they calculate square footage of your countertops. For example, we had measured our counter tops at 71 sqft. They took our drawing and came up with 81 sqft. We asked why they were so far off. They said they rounded up to the nearest 1/2 foot. No other countertop reseller does this. Do the math yourself and b
