Excellent Service
This will be my very first ever on-line review. I spent a tremendous amount of time and energy researching countertop options for my kitchen remodel. Finances were limited so initially I didn't even consider a solid surface. I so appreciated Keystones openness with pricing, it gave me the opportunity to pursue granite. Everyone in the office was very helpful answering my million and one questions. Thank you Becky. I also wanted to thank the install guys who drove all the way to Hood River. Thanks David, Juan and Pedro!!! I chose the pepper white 3 cm with a flat edge. It looks beautiful and very elegant!

Thank you for your patience with our unique and challenging design. My husband spent many hours scanning the internet searching for a place to get granite. After reading several reviews Keystone Granite was who we settled on. The fact that our design was a challenge and Keystone pulled it off is impressive. The staff was so kind, the granite is gorgeous, and I am so happy we found Keystone. When it comes time to do the bathroom we will be making a trip to back to Salem. Thanks again. We will always recommend Keystone. In fact we have friends who are already scheduled to have Keystone install their granite.

Great Service, Great Price
First things first, they are probably the best deal you are going to find. If your main goal is price, there is NO WHERE else to do. Second, the install and measurements were super fast (I'd say they took 30 min to create a template, and 20 min once the slab was ready for install). Everything turned out very beautiful.
My one small gripe was that it took them a while to schedule my template measurement (2-3 weeks out), but I think that might have been partly because I am in the Portland area.
THE BEST COMPANY FOR GRANITE
From the web site all the way through to the installed countertops I have been very impressed with Keystone. All the people that I have met have been very professional and determined to make the finished product perfect. I absolutely love my new counter tops and wall cap. I would recommend Keystone to anyone looking for granite.
Excellent installers!
Although it started out slow with a few delays in getting the granite, once it got here it was fantastic and worth the wait! Installer David Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a particularly large and heavy piece that took 5 giuys to lift! David along with his crew, Juan, Jose and Chris plus our contractor got the granite into place with relatively little trouble. They do great work in cutting out the pieces necessary for the cooktop and sink. They know their stuff.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional from the office to the installers. It is refreshing to have what was promised, delivered. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH OUR INSTALLATION. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DID AN EXTRA PIECE OF GRANITE FOR FREE AND IT ALL LOOKS FANTASTIC!
Friendly service
We are very pleased with the servce from Keystone. Everyone was super friendly and nice from the showroom to the installers. They even offered to let us be there for templating the stones to choose how it would look. We trusted them and they did a fantastic job. Would definitely use them again and recceonmend them to others!

Affordable Granite + Excellent Workmanship = Beautiful Kitchen
Keystone has figured out how to make granite affordable - well over $1K cheaper than the competition for our kitchen - by purchasing and trucking significantly larger lots of stone themselves. We picked out a matched pair of slabs that worked well with our color scheme. The in-home templating process was expertly done by David, who then cut the stone back at Keystone. Fernando led the installation crew, and his experience showed. He saw that some backsplash pieces needed to be re-cut for height at Keystone to obtain a perfect fit (though some finishing cuts are done at the installation site). Dave (another Dave) did the final installation of the backsplash, bringing his keen eye to every esthetic detail. Thanks to all at Keystone for our beautiful granite countertops!
Amazing!!!
We were referred to Keystone Granite by the contractor who is building our house. We made numerous visits to the showroom, made many changes and yet we were always greeted with a smile and unwavering willingness to assist us. Jim, Sue, the office staff, as well as Dave and the team of installers ensured that we were completely satisfied. The granite installed in the kitchen, three bathrooms, master closet and the laundry room was done so to perfection. We love, love, love our granite and would like to thank everyone at Keystone for coaching us and making our experience a pleasant one. We are actually go to miss the visits to Keystone!!
Great Price,Service and Professionalism!
We visited 5 different granite suppliers for quotes...Keystone was by far the best price. They also did something very unusual. Normally, when a dealer gets his granite on sale, they simply pocket the savings and you're charged the "going rate". Not so with Keystone...they got a deal and passed it on to us...saving us a BUNDLE!!
We have also dealt with numerous contractors during our house building project and as far as professionalism is concerned, Keystone was unmatched. Cleanliness, consideration for our home and a great work ethic and attitude were their shining areas.
I would like to thank Victor (one of the installers) in particular for his perfectionism...He did a simply wonderful job fitting our counter tops.
We would not hesitate to recommend Keystone to anyone seeking a beautiful granite installation and a better than normal price.

Efficient, professional, and friendly!
Everyone we met at Keystone gave efficient, professional, and friendly service, from our first visit to the showroom to the stone selection, estimate preparation, template construction appointment, and installation phases. When a problem arose during our installation on a Friday, Keystone notified us and arranged for another installation crew to finish the job on last minute notice - on a Saturday, no less, so that we wouldn't be without counters any longer than necessary. We really appreciated it and the granite counters are spectacular. Thank you very much!
We love our granite countertop!
We had granite installed in our kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful! Sue was friendly, her team very experienced and knowledgeable, and the service was very professional. After installation we needed an additional adjustment because of our new range and the team was out the very next day to take care of it. And the cost - best quote we got!
A good experience...
Fernando and his crew (two brothers) on March 20 (33 Windy Wy., Yachats) were efficent and professional workers. We've had a lot of contractors out for work this year, and your crew was by far the best. They paid special attention to every detail, and even though our's was their second job yesterday, our's (last) being a long day (didn't finish until late evening)....they were upbeat and eagar to provide information about our new granite counter tops. "Please commend them on their good workmanship."
The granite is beautiful and all counters meticulately matched with grain, design, etc. no seams....the surf green color is perfect.
