I am so very happy with our new counters! We had two bath vanities and our kitchen counters replaced. We are not only thrilled with the appearance of our new counters, we feel also that the work done was very well done. Terrible customer service and product quality. We had several problem with our granite from this company. The granite they sold us is crumbling apart. We have had tgem come out to repair numerous times. I had the owner come out to our house and say "what do you want from me" after the 6th or 7th repair. They do not return phone calls. Now they are refusing to fix my chipped granite. I will be filing a complaint with the federal trade commission and the attorney general's office
From our first contact with Jill in the office, all Keystone employess were professional, knowledgable,friendly, and efficient. The removal of our old counter tops was timely and the team of Pedro and Victor were helpful, efficient and very clean at removing everything. The following installation was also timely (as projected by Keystone) and the team of Mark, Dustin & Angel was professional, efficient and friendly. Every team member was so meticulous, and focused on perfection, cleanliness, and satisfying us as their customer.. I would recommend Keystone for any counter top job. My wife and I were impressed.
Sue was the best office person to work with. She listened. She cared. She made it happpen! We had guests from Europe coming to visit. We explained we were down to one bath if the countertops were not installed by a certain date. She made it happen! The men who installed were courteous, respectful and kind. They cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed efficiently. This is the second time we have used KeyStone and have not been disappointed either time. Kudos to KeyStone!

We are so happy we went with Keystone. Excellent customer service and options. The staff is friendly and professional from the front desk to the installation specialists. Going through Keystone saved us almost $1000 compared to the Big Box stores. Thank you Keystone, I LOVE my new kitchen!!
From the day my old tile counter tops were torn out and the templates for the new counter tops were made to the installation of the new Livingstone counter tops, i was very happy with Keystone. I would especially commend Tony and Greg for the installation. Tony's brother, who did the removal, also deserves my commendation. I would recommend Keystone if you are considering new counter tops.
Keystone did a fantastic job from start to finish. They did our granite for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and utility room. It was smooth and easy. The did everything just as they said they would. Honestly this was the only part of our remodel that was on time and exactly as promised. We also shopped around and they far and away have the best prices anywhere in Oregon. Great selection too and tons of choices for remnants! Keystone is awesome!
I can't say enough about Keystone Granite. The ladies in the office were so nice and very patient and helpful as we tried to pick out just the right slab of granite. Ashley and Sue were great to work with. The counter top turned out so beautiful. The work on the slab is perfect, all edges are smooth and seams are almost invisible. Tony and German were very professional, pleasant and personable to work with when they came to install the granite, and they left the job clean. We will certainly recommend your business to other people.

We are thrilled with our new Granite counter tops they look amazing. Jill was the sales woman who helped us and the entire experience was worth the drive and wait. They followed through with what they promised and their prices are lower then anyone in the Tualatin or Wilsonville area.
Both crews worked quickly, were super friendly and helpful, and cleaned up after themselves. My counters look great! Even requesting a custom material (and having to buy the slabs), Keystone's pricing was lower than anywhere else we looked. We had them do everything, otherwise I would definitely use them again. :-D
Keystone's service and quality are outstanding. Everyone was very helpful. I used them for a rental property and had people ready to move in. They worked very hard to get the project done quickly. I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. I am planning on using them again in my home.
I will recommend Keystone to anyone. Both times they were here for removal and install they were VERY professional and polite, and most of all they knew what they were doing and did it well. Can't ask for more than that. We love it.
Keystone did it again! ..... We have had Keystone Granite install slab granite counter tops in several homes ..... they make choosing, buying and installing slab granite a pleasure not mention affordable ..... they always send an "A" Team and this time was no exception ..... our kitchen is flawless, both bathrooms perfect ..... could not be happier. Keystone's system is so simple ..... most everything is included in one low price ..... the Keystone system makes granite fun and affordable. A special thank you to Sue, Alicia, Jesse, Morgan and Gonzalo ..... the real "A" Team!
From beginning to the install everyone was so nice!!! Great products to choose from. Great price. I love looking at my kitchen countertops.
Angel, Ryan, and Greg were a fantastic crew. Very courteous and friendly as well as meticulous in making sure everything was perfect. We love all our new granite and would highly recommend Keystone. I wish I could use this crew for all our remodelling needs!
I bought granite for my kitchen and bathroom counters. I did so in April.( the experience was easy, and sales person was great....she gets 5 stars) However....its now June and I have yet to see my granite. They were 10 days late coming to do the demo and template (great guys....they did nothing wrong....they get 5 stars too). But yet again, 10 days have passed, no contact or schedule for my install. I called them, they said we don't have you on the schedule for next week, did you get a call for scheduling....NO, that's why I called them.....so looks like I'm still waiting....if you can wait 3 months to get your product....great place. But if you need your kitchen or water, you might want to look elsewhere.
Keystone's service and countertops are awesome. The installers were timely, polite, professional, AND did an extraordinary job putting the counters in. We love the new quartz countertops - they look so beautiful! Only bad thing is that we can't give them more than 5 stars.
