Buyer beware! They do not stand by their product or alleged warranty on their countertops. I spent thousands for quartz countertops and they have been treated perfectly. A crack has formed at the corner of my countertop and has started to spread. I contacted Keystone back in December and was given the run-around for months. Only now,

We just got new quartz countertops installed recently and we were very pleased, from the show room selection of products, to them doing the demo of my existing granite countertops and black splash, at a very fair price. They told me it would be 2 weeks without a kitchen, it was one week later my new countertops were installed. All the work crews that worked at my home were on time, and very professional, and respectful of my home while working here, they were very exact from the templates to making sure everything fit perfectly.. It was the best kitchen update at a great price.
Great experience from purchase to installation. Installation crew was very detailed, making sure the flow lines in the quartz were lined up as much as possible. Turned out beautifully.
I can't say enough about this company and their staff. This place has the Best prices anywhere and a great selection. The man that came to do the template was awesome and pointed out that the cabinet installer didn't put the sink cabinets in correctly but still made the template so no delays for the installation 2 weeks later as well

The receptionist was either having a bad day or was a badger. Honestly couldn't tell. And her manager was conveniently "out of office." Try somewhere else my friends.
The sales rep was helpful and friendly. We brought our four year old granddaughter with us, and the rep gave her stickers and paper to draw with while we waited for the final paperwork and paid. We haven't actually received the product yet, so I'm unsure how that will be. I'll let y'all know

While my soapstone fumaca came out great, I had originally been discussing my original estimate with someone named Tyler, but he mumbled something about gas and hung up? Bad first impression!
Did everything thru the phone as they were somewhat far from me, they were able to accommodate my distance by taking remote payments, as well as offering a nearby showroom. Overall Keystone offered me a great price, service and quality! Thank you for everything!
Loved the selection, but customer service was not the greatest and they are very difficult to get ahold of.
