We went with Keystone mainly from the presentation of are first meeting with Sue. She was awesome everything was well explained. She went that extra mile for us.. Once the appointment was made everything was completed on time within 6 days,, There Demo crew was very efficient and knew there jobs well, The installers where as well great and did a beautiful job installing the countertops. Everyone from the office to the crews where on time ,polite ,clean , well mannered and especially respected the home they where working in, We appreciate the great service and great price. Sincerely

I called and contacted a number of businesses looking for new counters for my kitchen. I had never anticipated the hassle factor involved with this project before. I think you can tell much about how a company will be treating you from the first impression you get from their website and phone contact. From the minute I got a hold of Keystone, they were the most responsive, easy to work with, and actually very affordable. I drew up a quick drawing, sent it by email, and they got me an estimate via email within hours. They scheduled my job within a week when I called, and got the counters installed in less than a week from measuring. I work in my home, and couldn't live without a kitchen for weeks at a time. I truly appreciate Sue's willingness to work with my circumstances. Other companies were giving me install dates weeks or even months out, and talking about almost a month without counters! The measuring crew and the installers were all wonderful. Both crews were very clear, efficient, and cleaned up better than they found it! I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone looking for granite countertops. No surprises, except for the good kind (great service at a great price!)

Great price great service
Did a whole bathroom remodel so had no idea on when eveything would be done. Front office was super helpful trying to get the timing of measurement and install right. We installed ourselves but was given excellent instructions. So happy with the product. Can't wait to do my other bathroom and use Keystone again.

Mark & Abel came out on time and did a fantastic job. They worked quietly and efficiently, and gave me the consideration of finishing a phone call before turning on their shop vac. Because they were so professional, and considerate of people calling in or coming to the front desk, we were able to continue serving our guests with minimal disruption - which was a HUGE plus in my book! The new front desk counter is beautiful, and at a great price! I strongly recommend Keystone Granite for any size project. I also want to add that Sue worked with me through email on putting together a bid and getting the job scheduled. From first contact to install, every aspect of this project was handled efficiently, professionally, and perfectly!
