We hired Kev and Sons to remodel our 1950s Camp. After some initial discussion we decided it was best to raise the old camp and start from scratch. Being from another state, Kevins communication and responsiveness was extremely beneficial. He was able to pull together designs, permits, permits with the town, and get everything together soup to nuts. The work was done extremely well, on time, with quality, and although we didn’t run into any major issues any that did arise were handled very professionally and with clear communication. When we visited the site it was always clean and presentable. We were very excited to have the finished project well before summer so we could move in and be ready for the season. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a contractor in the Southern Maine area.
Kev & Sons completed a 2 car garage, a mud room, and a sunroom for us at our new mobile home. We couldn’t have been any happier with every aspect of their work. They were very prompt and began the job the day after our mobile home was on site. Despite incredibly hot, humid weather, they were here just about every day. Kevin and his crew are wonderful! They are all very friendly, respectful, and very competent. Everything was cleaned up and neatly put away at the end of each day. Kevin kept us well informed every step of the way, especially with the crazy price increases on materials. He addressed every concern we mentioned, even some very minor ones. In spite of limited stock, he went out of his way to match the siding on our mobile home and made some suggestions which we greatly appreciated.The quality of Kevin and crew’s workmanship is superior! We had Kevin finish off the mud room and the quality of the finish work is excellent as well. We decided to leave the finish work in the sunroom for a later date.
