They worked w me on price and financing and helped me w documents needed for the ONG rebate program. My home has never been cooler!! And my bill is averaging less than 1/3 of previous years. Great company, fantastic experience A++ Our A/C system stopped cooling yesterday, Friday afternoon, while the temperature outside was 110 degrees. We called several HVAC companies with quotes of 100+ dollars just for the weekend service call. I received a return call from John 30 minutes after I called/left voice mail with Kelso Heating and Air. John was extremely polite and eager to help us despite having numerous service calls ahead of us. John showed up at our house before 9AM today, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the system in less than an hour - even running to get a part he needed. He was extremely courteous to my wife. The weekend emergency service call was one of the best prices I've every been quoted.
