Keely and the whole office is amazing. They make the whole process of switching insurance companies seamless. Even when we had delays with closing on our new house Keely adjusted the effective dates, she did all of the behind the scene work with our lender and made sure all of the paperwork was in order. I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs.
After purchasing a new home and car, we decided to switch over from our 1-800 number insurance company so that we could REALLY understand what our options were outside of trying to find the cheapest rates. The process in selecting our new new home, auto, earthquake coverage, was both easy and efficient. Literally, we text a photo of our current coverage and we were given a quote back, delivered in detail to our email from Keely. It wasn't some auto generated reply asking us to call an agent or telling us that a representative will be in touch. My husband and I discussed our options, realized we were WAY under covered with our current auto, and decided to switch over the next day. I couldn't imagine an easier process and a more professional agent to work with. Kudos to Keely and the Schmidt Insurance Company...they really do know their Schmidt.
