I'm so thankful we found Kashima at the start of what was an intense house searching process. We came to really rely on her opinions not only of house quality and longevity but also on how to best strategize our offers in a competitive market. She was patient as we rode some emotional rollercoasters of offers that weren't accepted and inspections that didn't work out (which is simply part of a seller's market, not related to Kashima). She also connected us to fantastic inspectors and other professionals to ensure we had great people guiding us. We are now in a wonderful house in our favorite neighborhood and are so thankful Kashima was supporting us from start to finish!
Kashima brought so much energy and treated us with so much love even though we were the opposite of ideal clients: we were first-time homebuyers (anxious, OCD ones at that) who needed a house quickly in a crazy tough seller’s market, and our tastes were fancier than reasonable for our budget. Not to mention, all of this was happening during family health issues, so Kashima worked double-duty as our therapist. From starting with Kashima through keys-in-hand (closing day) only took 73 days (and we even ended up in our first-choice neighborhood)! It’s kind of unbelievable. She was always so patient answering all of our quirky questions, often staying up late into the night with us. She worked so much harder than we expected.
Kashima was kind, thoughtful, patient, and helped us learn an incredible amount in a very short period of time. I’m so thankful we had her in our corner!
