Overall, working with Julie, as our realtor was a very pleasant experience. Being a resident of Powell Butte, she knew our property and area quite well. Also, she is very familiar with Redmond, where we purchased as she represented us in both selling and buying. She made herself available whenever needed, promptly answered any communication sent her, and kept us abreast of any documentation or amendments needed during the entire process. Julie also takes the time to talk through the various scenarios, or options that may, or can occur during the buying / selling process.
