Local Business with Worse-Than-Chain Store Service.

We purchased thousands of dollars of kitchen appliances for four newly built rental homes through Johnson Brothers. One range was damaged upon opening, and Johnson Brothers refused to provide credit due to the length of time from delivery to installation. Building is unpredictable and these appliances were ordered well in advance of home completion due to shortages. Johnson Brothers saved a few hundred dollars by not covering the range, however, they lost all of our future investment property and personal home business.
