Great experience with Johnson Brothers from start to finish: 1. For our purchase of an induction stove, Johnson Brothers had the largest selection on the show floor of anyone in Bend. 2. Ordered over Labor Day with delivery promised EoOctober. I was very pleased about that given current supply chain issues. 3. Delivery was sooner than expected, on Oct 13. 4. Not the fault of Johnson Bros, the new stove did not turn on when installed. The lead installer called his Service Dept who explained it was most likely a loose connector, caused during the shipping process, and recommended we send it to the Johnson Bros service department which we did. Installers put our old stove back. 5. Within 2 hours, the Service Dept called and said a loose connection to the panel is exactly what it was. They fixed that and checked all the other connectors for me. I was also offered a new delivery date of the very next week. (Because of where we live, they only deliver here once/week.) He also followed up with an email. Thank you Daniel! From start to finish: Sales, Delivery, and Installation the people at Johnson Brothers have been professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend them!
