Joe B is a historic building in an old church and has charm built in. They have a reputation for their giant breadsticks and they do not disappoint. Their dough is the best part. Their pizza sauce is different than most so it makes for a different experience. Seemed to lack some of that traditional zest of traditional marinara had a much earthier and sweeter tomato 🍅 base . That aside the Aneej was great and attentive and made the experience enjoyable. Ambiance and service more than made up for preference in sauce when everything else seemed spectacular.
