Sorry to see this company go. (Apartment building sold.) Rhonda Jensen was personable, approachable. You knew who you were dealing with. She handled collection, application, deposit, giving tours -- in other words, everything -- and was often on the grounds picking up occasional litter. The office had three numbers, one of which still shows on our sign. Each of them would be answered appropriately. For instance, when my faucet stuck running 5-10 gal/hr, the company responded in 15 minutes and fixed it in 30! You were always warned when people would be in your unit, unless they were outdoor crew cutting lawn or blowing leaves. This reminds me, there will probably be completely different mechanics with our new company. So goodbye, Lieberman and the driver of that converted-school-bus. I hope JMJ continues keeping you really busy.
