Didn’T Follow-Up
Came and looked at the job, it was small. Jesus said he'd have an estimate over weekend. Never did one. I called and was told he'll have it to me in a week. Did not provide one a 2nd time, now 2 weeks later. It's OK to say no thanks, but why lie and say you'll give an estimate and then ghost a customer?
