Lovely ambiance and great food! I did not make a reservation but they still were able to seat me. The dining room and kitchen are in one space so you can watch the hustle and bustle. Although it's located off off a busy road (32nd St.), they did a nice job of making it feel private, kinda like a speakeasy vibe. Great place to take a date for a fancy occasion. The chocolate lava cake was the best I've ever had in my life, with some kind of salty buttery flavor. Also I will definitely return for the bacon-wrapped dates, which were even better than the ones at Chef Trujillo's other restaurant The Patio.
